Tasting notes
Visual phase intense yellow colour.
Olfactory phase Citrus nose, with hints of apple, grapefruit and milky notes; mineral.
Tasting phase unctuous, fleshy in the mouth, with a pleasant mineral finish.
Particularities
Harvested by hand in 16 kg crates. Pressed without the addition of sulphites. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation on the lees and subsequent resting on the lees for 6 months.

The true flagship of the winery. Pure distilled granite, bathed by the Atlantic squalls and the sun of a south-facing vineyard, and then refined with the notes provided by malolactic fermentation.
