Particularities
Harvested by hand in 16 kg crates. Pressed without the addition of sulphites. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation on the lees and subsequent resting on the lees for 6 months.
Fruity and spicy
Wood and fruit do not always blend perfectly in a white wine, but when they do, the oak enhances the primary aromas of the grape with toasty and spicy nuances. This is what happens in this wine, where the oak adds to the Albariño without masking its personality.
