Visual phase pale yellow with green glints.
Olfactory phase it evokes white flowers, quince and grapefruit.
Tasting phase it is fresh, silky, mineral and unctuous.
Particularities
Harvested by hand in 16 kg crates. Pressed without the addition of sulphites. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation on the lees and subsequent resting on the lees for 6 months.

Caíño blanco has always been grown in our house. Now we have recovered it in a unique wine that bears our daughter’s name and is a commitment to the future.
